Had very enjoyable stay for Black Country Museum visit and the weather was wonderful. Truly enjoyed our neat and cheap room with jacuzzi and the historic-style building. The hotel exceeded high expectations.

Convenient Location! the hotel is smack dab in the heart of everything. Our room was budget-friendly and clean, and we had cozy pillows and a comfy bed to crash on. 😊

Fantastic building from the railway era, the rooms have been recently upgraded and mine 116 was fantastic. 1 double and two single. nice size bath room bigger than some hotels total room space.
Hotel was great, pity the previous guests in my room had been smoking!!!!

activities going on in the evening i.e. salsa, cheap room for single business person, lots of parking esp good cause i had a van, good food and cheap
quite run down, no double glazing so constantly woken by passing buses, staff not overly polite

This place is conveniently located right at the station. I was pleasantly surprised by Cafe Bird Cage Grill, which is just a 1 km walk away. 🍴

brill staff lovely and friendly food excellent and good company especially with the goings on with our friendly ghosts ,would rcommend to all ,location very noisy thats the only downfall,but overall excellent ,well done

what did i like Not a lot the hotel is run down and looks very tiered and is in need of a full renervation.There is no double glazing making the rooms very noisey The hotel is in a very run down area.On a plus side the breakfast was very good but thats where it stops I defenatley would not stay there again To sum it up the hotels a dump!!! Try getting the hhotel inspector in.

It was easy to find, and had a large car park. The room was adequate.
Breakfast basic, and you had to track down your own cutlery most of the time through lack of staff. TV remotes kept in reception, and I was given the wrong one. Lift still had the morning's laundry in the afternoon.
